Engineer Well Services - Jakarta (West Madura Offshore)
Summary Responsibilities :
Summary Responsibilities :
- Under Drilling Department with general supervise from Superintendent Well Services.
- Responsible for planning and organizing well services programs and activities in the company to ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations.
- Will be located on PHE WMO Jakarta with 5-2 work schedule
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Engineering
- Having at least 5 years experience on well service area
- Experienced on : Coil tubing & pumping job operations, wireline operation, electric line operation, well service operation tools & equipments, well familiar with well program, job preparation & mobilize/ demobilize operation equipment
- Proficient computer literacy
- Fulfill sructural competencies below:
- Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Information Seeking, Active Learning

Supervisor Production (Field Offshore) - Jakarta (West Madura Offshore)

- Under Field Operation Department with general supervisor from Head of Production
- Responsible for day to day activities of Production/Process, in order to maintain daily production of gas & oil rate as well as to control the general process maintenance to support the company in achieving it’s based on the company policy and procedure. Also required efficiently organize man power, equipment, records and reporting.
- Will be located on Field Offshore of PHE WMO with 2-2 work schedule
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor degree in Chemical/ Petroleum, or other related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor Production in Oil & Gas Production Field
- Proficient computer literacy (related application/software)
- Good command in English, both written and speaking
- Supervisory & Performance Management Skill
- Fulfill competencies below:

Under general direction of supervisor, assist with audit, survey, evaluation, analytical review of business functions and activities in Company work locations to ensure business operations are carried out efficiently in compliance with company and government policies, procedures, regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles. Such audits and reviews to be carried out in accordance with internal auditing practices.
