PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or Garuda Indonesia is the national airline of Indonesia. Is the name of the mythical Garuda bird puppet in the legend. Since June 2007, the airline, along with other Indonesian airlines, was banned flying European routes because of safety reasons, however, the ban was lifted two years later, in 2009, the previous year, the airline has received certification of the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA ) of IATA, which means that Garuda has been entirely meet international aviation safety standards. Garuda airline on the list of four stars from Skytrax, which means it has good performance and service. In 2012 Garuda will join the SkyTeam airline alliance.

- Have proficiency in commonly used Microsoft Office programs (such as Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Certified in Behavioral Based Interview / Targeted Selection is prefered
- Have strong business insight / accumen / business process
- Sound experience in HR (minimum 5 years)
- Sound experience in recruitment (all level), competency assessment / interview
- Good external networking for direct search
- Experience as assessor is a plus
- Have a good integrity
