Medical and Training Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

- Organize indirectly all activities of the medical sales force to achieve the set target.
- Create and secure the implementation of the sales plan of action for the progress of the company’s marketing efforts.
- Ensure the optimum coverage of targeted doctors, hospitals and institution and also midwifes
- Regularly visit and monitor potential HCP. Build close relationship with key opinion leaders/HCP.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence data.
- To closely monitor and analyze the effectiveness of medical marketing spending and other cost for third party field force and make corrective action whenever necessary, and not exceeding the budget.
- Manage and increase the productivity of the Medical Sales Force.
- Constantly optimize organizational setup and activities to respond quickly to market opportunities and threats.
- To train all field forces in all aspect of salesmanship.
- Organize “up skilling” and training for Area Managers and all field forces according to priorities set by thecompany.

Responsibilities:

Associate Utility & Workshop Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Establish maintenance strategy and objectives to support the company overall business objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring the availability/ readiness of utilities and infra structures to optimize the company operation.
- Responsible for introduction of technological changes for efficiency/ quality improvement.
- Responsible for preparing the yearly operational budgets and the yearly maintenance budget for machineries and infra structures, and to ensure that the actual expenses are within the budget.
- Ensures all the utility machines operation and buildings complies with regulations (GMP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc). Coordinate the SMLK3 (system manajemen lingkungan, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja) applications at his working area & report the progress of the SMLK3 applications to Management Representatives & to the head of engineering department, if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance and Calibration activities on a schedule
- Perform corrective maintenance and ensure all production machines running properly
- Monitor and analyze problems that may arise on the machine during the production process and report to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist in the production of the format change on the machine
- Fill out the daily activities and calibration sheet
- Measuring and treating format production tools (punches and dies) and also noted the results of such measurements into a form to record punches and dies
